Mr. Rahman is an Advocate practicing in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. At the early stage of his career, he worked for various reputed Law Chambers in Bangladesh. He specializes in Intellectual Property for registration of Trade Marks regarding all classes and any dispute of Trade Marks including Title Suit such as, infringement , goodwill, passing off, rectification of register , Corporate and Company – incorporation of national and foreign company, relevant return filing and approved by the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies , Transfer of share, alteration of object clause, ratification of share and wending up, Land Dispute- Title Suit and vetting land document, Civil and Criminal Litigation, Labor Law- documentation and Suit, Bangladesh Labor Law cases under section 213 for employees permanent status. Dr. Rahman conducted 120 cases on behalf of the Robi Axiata Limited, out of this he succeeded 90 cases and rest of them are pending. In Writ matter Dr. Rahman conducted several writ upon Labour issues, Artha Rin, Tax and VAT, LC, Bond, service matter, Customs, Banking matters. Arbitration- Trial for Arbitral matter and obtaining injunction and Foreign Investment- to obtained E Visa Work Permit, Branch Office sanction and waiver Condition No.7 & from Board of Investment including Security Clearance of foreigner. He also conducted several Customs and VAT cases both in Tribunal and High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
